Angry with my body!

So I was so excited when work was done today, it meant the next thing I would do that required activity and not me lying down like a lump was going to my training appointment with Jeff this morning. I say this morning because it is currently 2 am and I have not been to bed yet. Do I have the flu NO, a cold NO! I have been up this whole time thanks to every woman’s favorite monthly visitor. My stomach is killing me, I have cramps to the point of tears and my legs are not moving very well, plus the constant feeling of sickness and the verge of throwing up is such a wonderful feeling. Really happy about this whole experience. The whole saving grace is after tomorrow mornings meeting I will have the day off to prepare for my co-workers Scentsy party at 7 pm tomorrow night. I am hoping that will be enough time for all of this to work itself out.  THE WORST PART however…..is the fact that I have been so sleep deprived and need to catch up bad! I have been so spacey and forgetful the past two days, due to my lack of sleep!

I will however at some point today post some assemblance of vacation photos as promised and detail my running plan I will probably now have to start Wednesday! I am starting a new plan because I want to safely but steadily up my mileage in the next two months to have a really strong base going into my last two months of training for my TWO half marathons! The first of which will be right around this time…..astounding! We all know how well my first race went with my visitor. You can read about that HERE.

Sorry to vent about womanly issues. I know I have male readers but it is so frustrating. After my hip issues before vacation and now this I AM FRUSTRATED!!!!! But also need the sleep and rest. Heres hoping I get to sleep soon!
