My name is Alex I live in CT with my hubby Dan and our dog Finny Mcmonkers. We are a pretty awesome little family, soon to be parents of Baby K, due August 2013!!!! I really love cooking, baking, running and fun…thus the blog name!

 

This is Dan and I in Mexico!

I played rugby in college which really brought out my love of running. However after cracking my ribs in a game my senior year (’07) I had a tough time running for a while. Then I just got lazy, but now it is time to get back into shape and start racing! My ultimate goal is to run a marathon eventually.

UPDATE: 10-19-12

As of 9-16-12 I have completed my first half marathon and have many more on the horizon! Good times and my love of running is back for life!
